Our Team

Origin Story | The Why Behind

What better way to learn more about Integrity Teams than in an interview.

Paul, why did you create Integrity Teams?

The only way we’ll be able to capitalize on the exciting market opportunities today is to build a team of dedicated, competent, hard-working, & creative people. I also know that in order to go after investment capital, investors are looking for a committed team and a system.

Ok, thanks. Share a little about you.

My name is Paul Gentilini. I’m business owner, investor and consultant with twenty years of business and marketing background. I’ve been able to build successful business from the ground up and have a clear understanding of what it takes to build and operate a thriving business.

My three children are the treasures of my life. I enjoy travel, making music and building things (organizations, business, construction projects, etc.). I, also, have a huge heart for people and desire to see them prosper in every area: spiritually, relationally, emotionally, physically, etc.

Please tell us more about the team.

I first began conversations with Matthew Parker last year. We had been talking about building together for quite many years. I had really been impressed with Matthew in former companies adding value to their organizations with skills in project management, business development, operations, & communications. I saw first hand how his contributions led to promotions & more responsibilities, and I knew he would give the same energy and intelligence to our team. I also value his sense of humor.

Next, came Josh. Matthew and Josh have been working on creative projects and I had learned of Josh’s leadership, operations and administration skills when I saw a thorough document he had written outlining a clear path for their project’s success. I was excited when Josh said yes to joining our team. He also has a diversified background in project management, leadership, production management, operations, and technology. I knew I could count on Josh being detailed and operating our internal & external tech stack.

Then came Levi or Levisha. I had wanted a female on the team for balance and as a sales and communications expert. It became clear that we also needed a commercial broker on the team. A supernatural thing happened and circumstances led me to meet Levi and we instantly knew we had a future to go after together. She is a go-getter, commercial broker, business consultant, manager and is a guide for clients’ real estate portfolios, offers asset acquisition strategies and marketplace intelligence. We love her enthusiasm and professionalism.

Paul, what are next steps for you?

We’re always recruiting more great people to Integrity Teams. I’m putting effort in there. We’re also adding new tech to our tool belt for capital raising. I will also continue to lead the team as we build shareholder value in managing and growing our buyer clients’ commercial real estate portfolios.

Our teams’ goals are to cultivate relationships with accredited and non-accredited investors & commercial real estate brokers nationwide for that purpose, and, to find deals to match our investors’ profiles. We’re primarily interested in capitalizing on mid-size deals ranging from 1$ to $50 million in commercial real estate. We do have a few confidential strategies up our sleeve. 🙂
